Your data, your choice
The fastest and safest way to delete your account is inside Peppli. The app verifies your password before it removes the account and associated data.
Delete inside the app
Four clear steps
- Open Peppli and choose Profile in the bottom navigation.
- Open Account, then choose Show deletion controls.
- Enter your password and type DELETE exactly in the confirmation field.
- Choose Delete my account. This action is permanent and signs you out.
What is removed
Your account profile, credentials, active sessions, habits, schedules, check-ins, reminder settings and Peppli AI generation records are removed from the active service.
What may remain
Limited transaction, security, support or legal records may be retained when required by law or needed to prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Protected backups expire through their normal rotation.
Cannot access Peppli?
Request deletion by emailing support@peppli.app from the address connected to your account. We will reply with the steps needed to verify ownership. Never send us your password or a verification code.
Cancel Plus separately
Deleting your Peppli account or the app does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel Peppli Plus in your store subscription settings to stop future renewals. You can do this before or after requesting account deletion.
Before you go
Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want a break, you can pause reminders or archive individual habits instead. For questions, visit Help and support.
