Will I lose a streak if I miss a day?
No guilt here. Peppli shows patterns and fresh starts, not punishment for a busy day. Return when you can and continue from there.
Why did my reminder not appear?
Check that reminders are enabled for the habit and that Peppli has notification permission in device settings. Focus modes, battery settings and device-level notification schedules can also delay or silence a reminder.
Can Peppli give health advice?
Peppli can suggest small habit ideas. It cannot diagnose a condition, provide treatment or replace a qualified professional. Review each AI suggestion before adding it.
How do I cancel Peppli Plus?
Open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings and cancel Peppli there. You keep Plus access until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or your Peppli account does not cancel a store subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in to the Peppli account you want to use, open Peppli Plus, then choose Restore purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase.
How do I delete my account?
In Peppli, open Profile, Account, then Delete account. You can also read our account deletion guide or email support if you cannot access the app.
What should I do if I cannot sign in?
Check the email address, then use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Verification and reset codes expire for your security. If an email does not arrive, check spam and contact us from the address you used for Peppli.
