1. Your agreement with Peppli

These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Peppli identified as the seller in the applicable App Store or Google Play listing. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country. If local law requires a parent or guardian to consent, you confirm that valid consent has been given.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@peppli.app if you believe someone else accessed it.

You may update your profile, end sessions and permanently delete your account using the controls in Peppli. One person may not create accounts to evade plan, security or fair-use limits.

3. The Peppli service

Peppli helps you define habits and routines, schedule reminders, record check-ins, review patterns and ask for AI-generated plans and suggestions. Some features require an account, internet access, notification permission or a supported Apple or Google store account.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Peppli for lawful personal purposes while you follow these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the habit names, descriptions, notes and goals you enter. You give Peppli permission to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to lawful retention and backup rotation.

6. Acceptable use

Use Peppli lawfully. You may not:

• access another person's account or misrepresent your identity;
• probe, disrupt, overload or bypass security, quotas, subscriptions or access controls;
• reverse engineer or copy protected parts of Peppli except where the law expressly permits it;
• use automated systems to scrape the service or generate abusive traffic;
• submit unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights;
• use Peppli or its AI features to cause harm, facilitate wrongdoing or build a competing dataset or model.

7. Peppli's rights

The Peppli character designs, software, visual identity, text and other service materials are owned by the Peppli operator or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit you to use Peppli branding outside normal use of the service.

Feedback is welcome. If you send an idea, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, while we remain responsible for how we develop the service.

8. Third-party services

Peppli relies on services operated by Apple, Google, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Resend and infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to the parts they operate. Peppli is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Changes, suspension and ending use

We may improve, change or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably needed to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms. We will provide reasonable notice when the circumstances and law allow it.

You may stop using Peppli at any time and delete your account. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers and limits of responsibility, survive termination.

10. Availability and responsibility

Peppli is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, a perfect streak or any particular health, productivity or wellbeing outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Peppli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

You are responsible for keeping any information you need outside Peppli and for deciding whether a habit or suggestion is appropriate for you.

11. Law and disputes

Before starting a formal dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and courts depend on the Peppli operator and mandatory rules where you live. If you are a consumer, these terms do not take away protections or access to courts granted by your local law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Peppli changes. We will update the effective date and give additional notice when a change is material and required by law. Continuing to use Peppli after the new terms take effect means you accept them, unless local law requires another form of consent.
